Arguments
data
List. A list with the fluorescence signal information of both channels. Typically,
the output of adjustFluo().
channel
Character string. An identifier for the channel to be analyzed.
Value
A list with the fluorescence signals, mixture components, flexmix model estimates and
contrast results
