   colData() - the primary/phenotype DataFrame
   sampleMap() - the sample coordination DataFrame
   `$`, `[`, `[[` - extract colData columns, subset, or experiment
   *Format() - convert into a long or wide DataFrame
   assays() - convert ExperimentList to a SimpleList of matrices
   exportClass() - save data to flat files
