Connect and parse UniProt information.
Description
This Function is used to plot different taxas found of the accessions.
Usage
PlotProteinTaxa(ProteinDataObject , directorypath = NULL)
Arguments
ProteinDataObject
input a Dataframe of proteins as rownames.
directorypath
path to save files returened by the function.
