Usage
tx_sampleByGenes(txDT, size)
Arguments
txDT
data.table. A table as output by the tx_makeDT_coverage(),
tx_makeDT_nucFreq() or tx_makeDT_covNucFreq() functions.
size
number of genes to be sampled
Value
