constructBsId(object, cores = 1L)
Arguments
object
circSample or circExperiment object
cores
Only supported on unix! Number of cores used for parallel processing for circExperiment objets.
Value
A new circSample or circExperiment object, with a bsID column in the bsj.read datatable.
