Export TSS tables
Description
Exports TSS tables to text file.
Usage
exportTSStable(object, data = "raw", merged = "TRUE")
## S4 method for signature 'TSSr'
exportTSStable(object, data = "raw", merged = "TRUE")
Arguments
object
A TSSr object.
data
Specify which data will be exported: "raw" or "processed". Default is "raw".
merged
Specify whether to export merged TSS table. Used only if data = "raw".
Value
TSS tables
Examples
data(exampleTSSr)
#exportTSStable(exampleTSSr)
#exportTSStable(exampleTSSr, data="raw")
