of COSMIC or ClinVar vcf for AnnotateVCFObj
Usage
PrepareAnnotationDB(annotation.vcf.obj)
Arguments
annotation.vcf.obj
vcf.obj of COSMIC or ClinVar vcf file
Value
A data.frame of annotation.vcf.obj
