Description
Autocreate sample.info from Agilent filenames From a
vector of Agilent GeneView file names, create a generic
sample.info object.
Usage
1
make.sample.info.Agilent(filenames, outfile = NULL)
Arguments
filenames
a character vector of filenames
outfile
if NULL or FALSE, then do
not write this to a file. if TRUE, then write to
“./sample.info.xls”, otherwise write to the
specified file.
Value
a data.frame with these columns:
“FileName”, “Barcode”, “SlideID”,
“ArrayID”, “SampleID”
