Changes the format of all files to the format used in the SV calling wrapper function, and estimates the dispersion paramters based on p parameter and bin read counts
Usage

changeRCformat(RCfile, outputDir, bamNamesFile = "bamNames.txt", p)
Arguments
RCfile
The name of the file containing bin read counts
outputDir
The directory containing the output files.
bamNamesFile
Outputs the names of the bam files in the order they are used in the tool
p
the p parameter of the NB distribution
