nucleotideBiasAnalysis(simplifiedMarginal, tile, draw = TRUE)

Arguments

simplifiedMarginal	simplified marginal frequency table
tile	the tile number being analyzed
draw	flag, whether to draw nucleotide bias analysis plot

Value

rates at which each nucelotide is substituted for another across the tile
