An S4 class to represent dimentionality reduction object.

Class defines a dim.reduct object.

imat: name of the input matrix (i.e. bmat, jmat, pmat, gmat)
dmat: a matrix object that contains reduced dimentions
sdev: variance for each principal conponents
iter: iterations used for running dimentionality reduction
method: a character object indicates the method used for dimentionality reduction
