Usage

BalanceContrast(Grp, TransformedData)

Arguments

Grp	List containing two non-overlapping vectors of positive, non-zero integers less than the number of rows in the Data matrix.
TransformedData	Transformed data matrix whose rows are parts and whose columns are samples.
