rystanley/genepopedit: Simple and flexible manipulation of genomic data

A simple and flexible tool for manipulating large multi-locus datasets in R. Using data structured according to 'Genepop' format (http://genepop.curtin.edu.au/), these functions provide a flexible and code-based approach to remove manipulate, convert, and subsample data.
