find.norm.k(fbam, fbams, outdir, filename = "normfactors.txt")
Arguments
fbam
Directory containing filtered bam files for peak calculaton.
fbams
Directory containing filtered bam files of spiking using for normalizing.
outdir
Output directory.
filename
Name of output file.
