Get all scores related to model fits to biomass time series for fleet data components

Description

Function to get all scores related to model fits to biomass time series for fleet data components.

Usage

getMDFR.AllScores.Biomass1(rep, fleet.type, catch.type, verbose)

Arguments

rep	single model report list object
fleet.type	fleet type ('fishery' or 'survey')
catch.type	catch type ('index','retained','discarded',or 'total')
verbose	flag (T/F) to print diagnostic info

Details

Uses getMDFR.AllScoresForABData() to extract values from fits. Returned dataframe is in canonical format.

Column type indicates the type of value, which is one of "z-score","observed","predicted","sdobs","xcv","stdv", and "useFlg".

This function is not exported. Use getMDFR.AllScores.Biomass().
