Usage

ecount(g)
vcount(g)
rcount(xg)
rcount(rset)

Arguments

g	graph (igraph or xgraph) object
xg	xgraph object
rset	ReactionSet object

Details

• ecount: edges names (igraph)

• vcount: vertex/node names (igraph)

• rcount: number of unique reactions
