summary.locoh.lxy: Show a summary of a LoCoH-xy object

In tlocoh: Constructs homeranges and explores time use patterns from location data

Description

Prints a summary of a locoh xy object (set of locations)

Usage

## S3 method for class 'locoh.lxy'
summary(object, lxy, file = "", id = NULL,
  dt.int = FALSE, round.coords = 1, ptsh = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

object	A LoCoH-xy object
lxy	Deprecated, use object instead
file	A file name where the results will be saved
id	The name of an individual(s)
dt.int	Whether to show a summary of the sampling interval
round.coords	The number of digits to display for the coordinates of the spatial extent
ptsh	Show table of 's' and proportion of time selected hulls values (if available)
