Slots
pppA spatstat ppp object that contains all coordinate information
rawIncludes all raw data that is output from inForm
maskList of user defined masks that define regions of interest
coordinate_nameName of the current coordinate
size_in_pxSize of the image in pixel, accounting for mask size
