Description
A function to build a gene-level GC frequences associated to the genes generated by the makeGeneScaffold function.
Built scaffolds with GC content are available as precompiled at sourceforge oneChannelGUI.extras project.

makeGCcontent(scaffold ,whichRef)
Arguments
scaffold
The GRange object created by makeGeneScaffold
whichRef
The genome of interest to be used to create a gene-level scaffold
