Description
This function allows the creation of a training set and a test set to be used for classification purposes.
Usage

Details
User will be asked to assign names to the available classification parameters.
User will be asked to select the number associated to one of the available classification parameters.
The training set will be made, using the selected classification parameter and it will be made of 2/3
of the original data set. The test set will be the remaining 1/3.
