Usage
Safeharbor_check(IS_raw)
Arguments
IS_raw
Data frame containing raw integration site data (must have Chr and Locus columns)
Value
Data frame with an added Safeharbor column (TRUE = located in safe harbor, FALSE = not located in safe harbor)
