plot_hab_spatial: Plot habitat suitability spatial information

plot_hab_spatialR Documentation

Plot habitat suitability spatial information

Description

Plot spatial grids to illustrate habitat suitability changes through time.

Usage

plot_hab_spatial(x, replicate = 1, timesteps = NULL, ...)

Arguments

x

a simulation_results object.

replicate

replicate to plot - note, only one replicate can be plotted at a time. The default is to plot the first replicate

timesteps

timesteps to plot

...

further arguments passed to/from other methods
