seurat_object,
sample_make_names = FALSE,
group_make_names = FALSE
)
Arguments
seurat_object
Seurat object after integrated analysis.
The sample and group infromation must exist in
seurat_object@meta.data slot.
sample_make_names
Apply make.names on sample.
group_make_names
Apply make.names on group
Value
A SingleCellExperiment object.
