Arguments
minN
Integer. The minimum coverage level
maxN
Integer. The maximum coverage level
bins
Numeric. Breakpoints for the bins.
empirical
The empirical distribution
d_combined_sorted_binned
The weighted expected binomial distribution
e_combined_sorted_binned
The weighted expected beta-binomial
distribution
