Can M be sparse?
What does ncv means here ?
Can we use multi-cores to accelrate this?
Does SVD will accelarte the speed?
NOTE: https://github.com/yixuan/RSpectra
Maybe this could be a better solution to directly
support sparse matrix, which means more cells.
