getScrubletThresholdByMixEM(scrubletSimScores, defaultCutoff, prob = 0.5)
Arguments
scrubletSimScores
numeric vector
defaultCutoff
double, if mixEM failed, use this as threschold.
prob
double, prob of a scrublet score treated as doublet, default is 0.5
