  verbose = TRUE,
  chip = "HITChip",
  host = NULL,
  port = NULL,
  rmoligos = NULL
)

Arguments

phylogeny	phylogeny (default: 16S)
dbuser	MySQL user
dbpwd	MySQL password
dbname	MySqL database name
verbose	verbose
chip	chip type
host	host; needed with FTP connections
port	port; needed with FTP connections
rmoligos	oligos to exclude
