Usage
avgGeneCat(expDat, sampTab, dLevel, sampID = NULL)
Arguments
expDat
the normalized expression table from trans_prop
sampTab
the sample table
dLevel
the name of the column that contains categories
sampID
the name of the column that contains sample ID
Value
an average matrix of the gene expressions
