getSamplesInfo(removeFeeder = T, doPlot = T)
Arguments
removeFeeder
Logical; whether to remove the samples cultivated on feeders, which should be exluded from the permutation analysis (Default TRUE).
doPlot
Whether to plot summary information on the samples (default TRUE).
Value
A data.frame.
