Distance matrix of HLA alleles

Description

To calculate the distance matrix of HLA alleles from a HIBAG model.

Usage

hlaDistance(model)

Arguments

model

a model of hlaAttrBagClass or hlaAttrBagObj

Value

Return a distance matrix with row and column names for HLA alleles.
