Usage
prepare_polymapR(polymapR.dataset, polymapR.map, input.type, ploidy)
Arguments
polymapR.dataset
a polymapR dataset
polymapR.map
output map sequence from polymapR
input.type
indicates whether the input is discrete ("disc") or probabilistic ("prob")
ploidy
ploidy level
