Description
This functions creates beta distribution plots for a set of variables of interest
Usage
beta_values_plots(rnb.set_given, variablesOfInterest, pdf_file_folder)
Arguments
rnb.set_given
RnBeads rnb.set object
variablesOfInterest
Suspected variables to include in plot
pdf_file_folder
Folder to save plot results
