Plot histogram of (sum-)intensities by sample
Usage

intensityhist(gty, ref.line = NULL, ...)
Arguments
gty
a genotypes object
ref.line
numeric; reference value for mean array-wide intensity

ignored
Details
Each sample's mean intensity is indicated by a dotted line, and the reference intensity
(specified in ref.line, if any) is indicated by a dashed line. If any sample filters have
been set, either manually or by an automatic QC procedure, that sample's histogram will be plotted in red.
