Arguments
gty
a genotypes object
apply.to
dimensions along which to apply filters (samples, sites or both)
hits
maximum number of filter tags to accept before dropping a site/sample
...
ignored
Details
In the output object, all sample and marker filters are set to FALSE.
Value
a copy of the input with flagged markers and/or samples dropped
