cavei/MOSClip: Multi Omics Survival Clip
Allows to combine multiple omics dimension to perform pathway survival analysis. There are two main mode: multiOmicsSurvivalPathwayTest and muoltiOmicsSurvivalModuleTest. The latter method allows the user to dig inside the pathways itself.
