lapply method for MultiAssayExperiment

Description

Apply a function on all experiments in an MAE.

Usage

## S4 method for signature 'MultiAssayExperiment'
lapply(X, FUN, safe = TRUE, ...)

Arguments

X	(MultiAssayExperiment) input.
FUN	(function) to be applied to each experiment in X.
safe	(flag) whether this method should skip experiments where the function fails.
...	additional arguments passed to FUN.

Value

MultiAssayExperiment object with specified function applied.

Examples

object <- multi_assay_experiment
result <- lapply(object, normalize, safe = TRUE)
# Similarly, all experiments in an MAE can be converted to HermesData class:
result <- lapply(object, HermesData, safe = TRUE)
