Installation

The development version can be installed from GitHub with:

# install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("luciorq/txomics")
## To install the stable release of txomics:
remotes::install_github("luciorq/txomics@*release")
## For specific release versions use, changing v0.2.0 with the respective release:
remotes::install_github("luciorq/txomics@v0.2.0")

Analysis conventions

• A tibble data frame is the major data structure that is used, allowing easy customization.
• txomics is pipe-friendly and re-exports %>% for use.
