Cancer Cell Line Encyclopaedia (CCLE) project.

his data frame has 1,046 rows (cell lines) and the following
13 columns:
- CCLE.name
CCLE id
- Cell.line.primary.name
cell line id
- Cell.line.aliases
- Gender
"M" or "F"
- Site.Primary
primary site of tumour
- Histology
histology type
- Hist.Subtype1
histology subtype
- Notes
- Source
- Expression.arrays
file id
- SNP.arrays
file id
- Oncomap
