Helper function for extractCopynumberFeatures.

Usage
getSegsize(abs_profiles)
Arguments
abs_profiles
absolute copy-number profiles
Value
Matrix with segment sizes per sample
Examples
profiles<-getProfiles(segcn=cells_segcn,
samples=unique(cells_segcn$sample)[1:4])
segsize<-getSegsize(profiles)
