Description
takes a vector of RepeatMasker TE_IDs with unique _x tag, and removes the tag.
Usage
getSubID(uniqID = NULL)
Arguments
uniqID:
vector with unique IDs
Examples
getSubID(uniqID = rownames(countTEdata))
