qc_outliers_process: Outliers process

In sapfluxnet/sapfluxnetQC1: Package with functions related to sapfluxnet project data

Description

This function remove the outliers based on the *_to_remove files found in the out_warn folder for any site.

Usage

qc_outliers_process(site, parent_logger = "test")

Arguments

site	character indicating the site to process

Value

an SfnData with the outliers and ranges substituted
