## S4 replacement method for signature 'ANY'
altExp(x, e, withColData = FALSE, subsetName) <- value

Arguments

x

ExperimentSubset Input ExperimentSubset object or any object supported by altExp<- from altExps method.

e

character(1) Same as altExp<- from altExps method.

withColData

logical(1) Same as altExp<- from altExps method. Default FALSE.

subsetName

character(1) Specify the name of the subset to which the altExp<- should be set to. If missing, altExp<- from altExps method is called on the main object.

value

SingleCellExperiment Input value same as altExp<- from altExps method.

Value
