Regularized log transformation
Description
This is a wrapper for rlog and avoids loading the DESeq2 package for
simple workflows
Usage
r_log(dds, ...)
Arguments
dds
a DESeqDataSet
...
additional options passed to rlog
Value
A DESeqTransform object
