combine2Table: Combine all IP and Input count table files

In ManchesterBioinference/Motif2Site: Detect binding sites from motifs and ChIP-seq experiments, and compare binding sites across conditions

Description

Open raw counts IP and Inut files and with given total counts calculate Fold Enrichment values, and combine them into one file

Usage

combine2Table(outputName, replicateNumber, currentDir)

Arguments

outputName	Name of the output table
replicateNumber	Number of the replicates
currentDir	Directory for I/O operations

Value

No return value
