Usage

convert_slingshot(sce_slingshot, pseudotime_idx, assayname = "expdata")
Arguments
sce_slingshot
slingshot SingleCellExperiment output object
pseudotime_idx
name of desired pseudotime path to apply GeneSwitches
assayname
expression assay to use
