and unconstrained foldings.
Usage
## S3 method for class 'Delta.DeltaG'
plot(constrained.foldings, stratify = FALSE)
Arguments
constrained.foldings
Data frame with info from constrained foldings.
stratify
Stratify according to template groups?
Value
Plot of Delta DeltaG.
