Plots the coverage of individual primers for multiple sets.
Usage
## S4 method for signature 'list,list'
plot_primer_cvg(primers, templates, per.mismatch = FALSE)
Arguments
primers
List with Primers objects.
templates
List with Templates objects.
per.mismatch
Whether the coverage should
be broken down for individual settings of allowed mismatches.
Value
A bar plot showing the coverage of individual primers.
