Description
Select the index with the smallest DeltaG value.
Usage
select.min.cross.idx(deltaG, primers)
Arguments
deltaG
Data frame with thermodynamic info.
primers
The corresponding primers.
Value
The indices with smallest DeltaG for every primer.
