dnar

A package of accumulated functions to help with bioinformatics analyses of high throughput sequencing data.

Package currently under development.

Install

To install directly from github, use the devtools library and run:

devtools::install_github("sherrillmix/dnar")

Then load the library as normal using:

library(dnar)
