In PWMEnrich: PWM enrichment analysis

Description

This function produces a sequence logo (via package seqLogo).

Usage

## S4 method for signature 'PWM,missing'
plot(x, y, ...)

Arguments

x	the PWM object
y	unused
...	other parameters to pass to seqLogo's plot function

Examples
